Technology Details:
Multiplex PCR simultaneously targeting three marker genes, namely, aadA, pat and nptII, is a GMO screening technology, which allows rapid checking the GM status of a sample irrespective of crop and GM trait. The technology detects the specific targets with LOD up to 0.05%. Multiplex PCR allows the detection of target aadA, pat and nptII marker genes by simultaneous amplification of respective PCR products.
